Meet the team

Duncan Smith
Head of Structures and Stress

Duncan leads the structures and stress team at HAV. He spends his time integrating with the supply chain, design houses and our internal engineering team to get the best solution for Airlander. His favourite part of working at HAV is the motivation of the team and the range and depth of skills that yield quick decision making on the best way forward.

Johanna Arola
Senior Programme Coordinator

Johanna is part of our Programmes team. Johanna has been in charge of setting up the Programme Management Office and project controls. These are the various processes and metrics to ensure that the Entry Into Service programme stays on track and within budget and that any risks and issues are identified, logged, actioned and resolved as early as possible.

Anna Sandiford
Production Planner

Anna is part of our engineering team. She works to define scope and develop how the department satisfies regulatory requirements; assisting the Engineering department to develop process; creating new workflows and procedures to improve control of our existing quality processes with a focus on regulatory requirements.
