What the Earth Monitoring Hybrid Air Vehcile (HAV) is designed to do

Provide an ultra-long endurance, stable platform which allows the HAV to perform a low cost solution to many surveillance problems in today’s world of asymmetric threats. The ability to operate from unprepared (non- airport) base, located where required and be dispatched to and maintain station carrying multiple sensors allow authorities to obtain the real picture.
